Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day the contract is concluded.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us at:

by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but it is not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day we received notice of your withdrawal.

We will use the same payment method you used for the original transaction unless expressly agreed otherwise. You will not incur any fees for this reimbursement.

Special Notes

Early expiry of the right of withdrawal:

The right of withdrawal expires for service contracts if the Provider has fully performed the service and began performance only after the consumer gave express consent and confirmed knowledge that the right of withdrawal is lost upon full performance.

If you requested that services begin during the withdrawal period, you must pay a reasonable amount corresponding to the proportion of services already provided up to the point you notified us of your withdrawal.

Online Cancellation

Alternatively, you can cancel your subscription directly in your account under Settings → Billing. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
